That is a fine looking bust Peter and a great choice of painter to showcase it.

Thanks for that John, it certainly adds to the workload too Extra floors, light switches and a shattered extra window frame plus the external bomb site, there will be a tank eventually, its just had its clear coat.

Hell of a nice space you've got John, I have the perfect location for a detached man cave as the garage we inherited with the house is huge but we're not sure if we're stopping here yet. Very frustrating.

Hi Dave, I've never built a half track but this kit certainly has a lot going for it. The detail looks really good for the price. Keep up the good work as it's looking really smart.

Hi Keith, you're absolutely right. After my night shift I went and sorted it out, you'll see the change in the next update.

Andy, many thanks my friend, gas hoods or sainsbury's bags all round for the troops it is.

Wayne, I started with a black undercoat then airbrushed a Vallejo German red brown over it. I then clear coated and tried an old model railway technique of running thinned grey/cream paint in between the bricks but with limited success. I went back to brushing on various shades of weathering powders which seems to work.

While I wait for the clear coat on the sabre to dry I've done some more work on the base but still miles to go. The background story is that the Germans are being pushed out of the city and the Russians have set up a forward command in the remains of the factory. The tank is waiting for others to join it while troops move forward ready to attack. Not sure how many figures yet due to my love of face painting Anyway flat cover has been attached and when this dries it will be added to then sprayed and dirt added.

Good evening gents and many thanks for your kind words, this is a lovely kit to build. Allen she was just off into the garage for some more clear coat then the weathering will come including some gun dirt laugh. Steve it was a shock to me too, as soon as the sun came out I dashed outside to take the pic!!!

Fast forward to today and the model's now ready for another clear coat. The new decals weren't brilliant but they're on now. Just some weathering and a base required.
