I'm not speaking for Robin naturally, but I was disappointed that Takom felt it was ok to ditch the interior on the Bulldog.

Hi John,

Plenty in here to keep you busy, though I am sure that some, as Simon has said, will be disappointed that the interior of the vehicle is not included. A balancing act I guess for a manufacturer to include it or not, as there would be a lot of work in building the whole thing and extra cost. If you are going to close it up as the extra external armour fit is probably the most visible aspect of this one, many will not have the interior visible on their finished model. Personally my basic reaction is that I like this and it certainly looks different. While talking of the externals, there is a choice of two types of mg mounting for the roof (only one seen on the box art, there is also a smaller remote weapon station as an alternative. thumbs up

Some great stuff slipping into the stash there Robin,

Envious of the BTM-3 and the Ganef but prices have prevented me going for them yet.

You might find it helpful to look at Volker Ruff's book on the Strabokran, Jim. Inter-library loan should be able to find it for you, and there were detail differences between cranes built in different years.

Cheers, John
