Late delivery from Royal Mail.

I'm enjoying my Tammy He 162, so I decided to try another............ from the good people at KingKit, very good price 'pre-owned', still in original sealed bags. Looks brand new to me, but I'm definitely not complaining. Good service and communication - as always

For my Corsair ( see above ), I discovered that I didn't have any suitable paint, so............

I was pleased with the finish I got from the Hataka Soviet WWII Aircraft set, so I thought I'd give this a try, very fast service, and good price from eModels.

Arrived today, early Christmas present

Not built a Trumpeter kit before, but instructions directly translated from Ambiguous, and paint instructions not too clear, but the mouldings and detail look good. Price was good.

The main colour scheme not specifiedembarrassedbut I can sort that out.

Sometime later in the new year, nearly 500 pieces, including PE, folding wings!

These arrived Friday, courtesy of Sunward Hobbies. An assortment of Vallejo acrylics for brush work.

I have Tamiyas for the airbrush, so now I have no reason not to finish my projects in a more timely manner! I just couldn't go back to trying to make the old Testors enamels workable.

Quite an ambitious undertaking Alun, look forward to seeing that!

Looking forward to seeing those tools in action, Peter. Always keen to see how folks get their builds so spiffy!

I stepped out of the historical scale world due to a 40% off coupon. The Bandai 1/48 AT-ST:

Turns out it is a nicely detailed snap together and before I went to bed:

Hi Chewy! It's ready for painting, Hmmm, I need to do a bit of Wookie research.

I did notice i installed the laser canon upside down. It's fixed. Now what FS# Is Imperial Gray?

Arrived this morning

Typical AFV Club

Working suspension, excellent interior although no engine or transmission, and loads of weapons including an optional minigun instead of the Browning M2.

This deserves to sell well and there are almost certainly more versions on the way.

Well done Simon. This looks a beauty.

I'm sure it justifies its pretty hefty price tag.
