That rusting effect is very convincing. Just the right texture and colour. Very well done. Looking forward to seeing this in its setting.

Here is an up date on the dio not too much as been concentrating on the Group builds

Added some more real estate to the street and dug out some Fields of Glory Rubble mounds still very much a work in progress but you will get the idea here is another couple of mock up shots with the Opel in place .

Now this is running left to right with the point of interest being the blockade on the right what do you think ?

Would it look better on the left ?

I value your opinions

Me again ( i am not a Bobby Dale Groupie ) , just happens you have been busy busy thumbs up. Like the extra length of building you have added, won`t even see the join wink 2, perfect match .

Great work Bobby. Fields of Glory carry some great stock - I'v just ordered a load of jungle foliage.

Have you been watching 'Downfall' for inspiration?

John don't look to closely the join is polystyreen as an inner wall to the taller building still in mock up so can be moved if needed but i am pleased with the current look the smaller terrace is also a FO.G building

Peter. No i have never watched Downfall always something else on which the wife wants to watch when ever its on , all inspiration from newsreel pics .

I'd love more Groupies if anyone is interested ? Lol.

Cheers Guys Bobby.

Dang Bobby,

This totally slipped through my sights Sir. I love the idea and it seems that you are off to a good start too. If you need more rubble, just give John Race a holler. He's got rubble and bricks by the tons. LOL!!! Can't wait to see where you take this as well as your GB project. All the best...

I heard that Allen teeth 2.

Looking good Bobby, plenty going on. The rusting on the car is superb. Can't beat a bit of rubble .face 20
