Love these Russian planes and this is a beauty. Did you use an Eduard cockpit set in the office?

cheers

Nice build. What is the item around the nose wheel? a lot of Russian aircraft have them.

That's a great looking aircraft, I've never seen an intricate camo scheme on a plane before, you've made a very nice job of it!

Thanks for sharingthumbs up

What's you name by the way?

Parking clamp. Leave it on the airstrip without one and next morning its gone.

SUPERB stuff SF!thumbs upstar

Welcome to the forum and looking forward to seeing more of this sort of stuff.teeth 2

It would be great to have a first name as that is the way we prefer to operate on MilMod.

Scottie, the nose wheel item you refer to is a FOD guard. FOD is Foreign Object Damage, where the smallest thing can really ruin an engine's day. Particularly with the underslung intakes which are especially vulnerable to stuff being thrown up by the nose wheel.

Your armour model was great, and so is this plane, cool.
