Nice choice there Mr Ward! nerd I have fancied one of those AAVTs for a while (waiting for one with the add-on armour to pop up on eBay at a good price).

The Earth is not quite moving yet, but it trembles in anticipation...

Hi Everyone

One side of the Lorraine is now finished. A few adjustments here and there and I will then start the other side

My AAVR-7 is progressing, I've finished the running gear - tedious and boring 2 part track links

Jim- nice and neat, as usualthumbs up

Dave- got the dull bit done early then! All fun from here...wink 2

Had a week of no bench time, as I had an audit & technical review with an American customer, but I managed an evening at the bench tonight, working on the PE folding platforms that surround the cab:

Some outstanding choices taken and good progress made by the group, props.

This test fit is config1. Config2 would be if rock crusher is completed in time. I will attempt only the 1st stage rock crusher as the 2nd stage crusher/screener is too complex to execute the w/poor ref material available to me. The other vehicles are mostly complete, just some decals & paint touchup to do on most of them. The crusher & base will be worked in tandem going forward w/other vehicle work being completed as they are added to the base. That's the Plan anyhow.

I'll do a config2 test fit when the crusher frame, suspension, & wheels are completed. C&Cs welcomed. PaulE

Jim, if your report reads must try harder, then I'm in real trouble!disgust

The lower hull is built with a couple of the winch parts, I've been busy with normal life things, leaving very little time for modelling.sad

Paul - love watching your complex dios come together. Even at the small scale they must be pretty big.

Graeme - even being retired I find there are not enough hours in the day. Looks a nice neat build and always good to get some major parts behind you.
