Thanks John,

I will do my best with the little Float plane and also have an idea for something else if I can figure out how to make chicken wire to scale.

Very nicely done!

Maybe it's just the flash that makes 'em look shiny...

Anyway, especially good re-working of that center fellow.

It's a very convincing scene.

John - RON'S pigeon catcher has shown me some netting that might be turned in to chicken wire.

Kevin, you could be right about the flash and pleased you think my dio is a convincing scene.

thanks for your kind comments.

Isn't it strange how life does that sometimes.

Just tried the netting and it seems to work brilliantly and looks pretty good with a quick paint.

Convincing Dio it is Nick,

You should have seen my first try...not half as good. Keep this as reference and in time you will see improvements in your skills as I have. Make observasions on some of the builds here and create a style you're comfortable with.

I still have that main figure somewhere in my it is to show you how bad it looks. Painted it in 1984

Scary isn't it? Managed to keep the colours within their respective areas. That is one key thing to do...keeping your paint brush tip sharp to a point helps.

Yes, wedding veil has always been a good match for chicken wire in 1/35.

Hi Richard,

You are too kind sir, I think your figure is fine and dandy.

I will keep the little dio and hope to improve along the way. Thanks for the tip (no pun intended) about brushes I will remember that.
