do we have any cycling builds? I have found several box-reviews on YTube and a couple of builds, but surely with the talented detailers here someone has gone all out/ full etch on one of the 1:35 bicycle kits on the market. my search-foo is pretty week and I keep coming up blank so I must not be using the correct term(s).

if someone could point me, it would be appreciated. thanks

If you want ordinary pushbikes, try Diopark Models. They produce ordinary pushbikes under reference: 35009. They also British Military Bikes (which are collapsible) under reference: 35010.

These are produced in plastic and have brass details. The spokes are either plastic moulded to the wheels, or brass which need to be added. You get 2 bikes in set.

If you are happy to work in white metal and bbrass, have a look at Scale Link. They produce a British Great War bike in 1/32 scale. I don't have any prices. However, Scale Link have got a web site.

Hi Joe

I recall Tamiya producing a set of two biles and I think Aber produced an etxhed brass set to detail them. Somewhere like Hannants may stock them

you're right, not many pushbike builds, I came up with **LINK**

I'm sure there are more, but a lot of people put whimsical unsearchable titles on their threads - which doesn't help, and pushbikes appear on dioramas, and not be mentioned specifically.

maybe to turn this thread into a source of reference rather than just one modelers query, I will post some findings from my research in hopes others will do the same.

this is where it becomes more interesting. working headlight!
