![]() 6569 forum posts 1971 photos | Cheers Richard - the fighting over seats seems to have stopped. I'm going to convert the Skorzeny figure into an officer next. Been rooting around for spares..... Peter. |

![]() 1462 forum posts 1082 photos | Hi Peter Not commented much recently, but have been watching from the back with binoculars....I remember the days when you could amble in half way through and still get a front seat...now they are taken before you finish the head.... Anyway, this is another cracker, great finish as always... Cheers Tim

![]() 6569 forum posts 1971 photos | Hi Tim - Good to see you and thanks for taking the time to comment - no need to sit on John's lap. The next figure is ready for painting: This is the Dragon Otto Skorzeny figure, which I'm using to depict an officer. The arms are a spare set from Tamiya's Rommel figure. It was really difficult finding and adapting a suitable pair of hands to hold the binoculars - lots of unexpected angles - but they should now fit. The head is from Dragon's Michael Wittmann kit and the cap is a Verlinden one, which I've changed into a Luftwaffe tropical version. I've also added a few items from the spares box to make him suitably kitted up as a field officer. Peter. |
