Great attention to detail here, Craig. I would not have the patience for those tie downs!

Nice rack to build Craig, that should be fun and I'd definitely go with some old etch fret and possibly solder.  Even though I got it sussed it still fills me with a kind of dread thinking about it due to all those times I just couldn't get it right. Then reading about it in a model ship book made me have one more try and it worked a treat on the Hetzer fenders. Still need to perfect it though.

As the guys have said Craig those tie down look great and they'll be fun to weather, they'll look a treat.
Mark.

Another little update. The rear deck was next to get the basic parts ready for some extra additions of my own.

Blank canvas...

Addition of engine covers...

And then the furnishings including some replacement brass handles. I will be adding some extra fine chain details o the filler caps

More tomorrow.

Good work Craig. It looks like, overall, the detail isn't bad on this one, but I'm looking forward to seeing your improvements
