Hello All,

I''ll start this by saying a huge thank you to Robin and My Hobby Store for sending me this amazing kit to blog. To say I''m excited wouldn''t be anywhere near how I really feel right now and I simply cannot wait to start this build tomorrow.

Robin has already given us a detailed run down of the contents of the kit so I''ll not post more pictures of the same thing but I''ll add a few closeups of some of the parts tomorrow. I did try to get some tonight but the light was too bad and the pictures came out too grainy.

I''d also like to say thanks to Cammett Limited who provided this photo etch Mosquito intake set for the build.

Looking through the box contents I am shocked at how nice this kit really is, I already knew how well liked this was but I wasn't prepared for the quality that jumped out as soon as I saw the parts, pictures don't do it justice. I think this will be a real labour of love, more tomorrow

Mark.

Tally Ho old Boy! Count me in.

I'm eagerly awaiting the "Scramble" bell... My Gran used to be a french polisher who worked on the wings of these in a furniture factory in High Wycombe.

Hi Mark,

Looks like I came back at about the right time! Will be following this with interest and with envy as SWMBO would not let something this size anywhere near the house!

Cheers,
Ian
