Bill

You've just got me into grief with the better half pulling stacks down, and, yes, causing a bit of a landslide.  But, in front of me (didn't trust my memory), Tamiya 1:35 King Tigar SdKfz 182 Production Turret.

With, apparently, 'a lifelike commander figure', which I will probably pass on.

No idea whether this is a good kit or not.  Bought from eBay, because I remember making these Tamiya targets with battery motors many moons ago.  With some joy.

Nowhere near as good as you guys, but maybe I will have a go at this with a few pictures at some point to give some encouragement to us lower league sides.

Just the one, though, not nine!!!!

Okay, whilst I'm on the dark side, two questions:

Why 1:35?

How to effectively paint rubber tracks?

NB My work desk is the dining room table (which causes some Tiger like disputes), so don't have, couldn't afford, and couldn't use, spray).

Clueless

Thanks Andy; that'll help immensely. PM sent.

Hello Jayme; I reckon it'll take a while! Stick around.

Thanks Boots; haven't seen you in a while - you Ok?

Hi Robbo; good. We'll have a blast!

Hi again Ian; you're lucky! I get the kitchen table AND have to clean away after every session! More often than not I work on a tray in the sitting room nowadays. Boo hoo. Why 1/35? Ask the guys that market them. I don't know - it is what I started off doing when I was a nipper & it sort-of stuck. Painting rubber tracks; clean, prime, paint. There are SBS's on the site - have a look around. Good luck with the KT; I am sure it will be a super build, Tamiya usually is.

Catch you later!
