I have been up to something, and I hope you won't mind me crashing in on your thread as I have an offer for you: My friend Adrian has made some decals for a SAAF Spit Mk VIII HF in 1/32 for me, I have 5 copies and will gladly donate (for free) a copy of them to you (or anyone else) if you wish to do the scheme, it's quite a famous aircraft of 1 Sqdn SAAF, that was flown by two different pilots and scored two high-flying recce Ju88's I can give you the story if you want... Here is my rendition of the colour scheme, but in 1/48th, Hasegawa with tips from a Mk VI: Note the wing tips are redon top and the roundel centres orange.. I will do the orange centres as soon as I can get my paws on a kit to measure the decals... Adrian's quality is great, these are also his decals... Regards, Marc
