Smuggler Harvey

Good to see you, yes if you're away from the site for a while it does build up. Sometimes you have to be pragmatic about itface 4.

Andy

Yes, hassle free, so farthumbs up. The paint for the Lynx hasn't all turned up yet, and it would appear that I'm going to need some new drill bits. Each version has different kit in the cockpit and the correct holes need to be drilled out. These are in different sizes, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm. The smallest I have currently is a 3mm masonry bit, which I feel may be a bit excessiveface 20. I guess the different sizes are to ensure you fit the correct parts, but it's a bit of a painsarcastic 2.

Cheers

Home at last and settling down with a cocktail after the concert and a day keeping two technical teams from killing each other over the lighting for week after next's production. angry

Nothing like having a drama on an empty stage...... cool

Cheers and good luck with the drilling... thumbs up

Seems like not a bad job, though?

Gentlemen

No, she's not been forgottencrying 2. Rear cockpit inner bit given the base colour:

Not my best photoface 20. I will put some detail on this as it is very visible.

We open the masks:

I haven't the first clue what the little dashes for the mythical part 29 are (unusually for Eduard, the part numbers are wrong, perhaps an older version of the kit), can't see anything appropriate for these anywhereface 20.

First two off, very fiddly, but much better than masking by hand:

Masks supplied for the inside of the cockpit as welldisgust, but since by house regulationsfemalesarcastic 2, cockpits must be closed, I won't be bothering. Yeah, there's a small notch on both, have to assume this is legit. On:

Gahangry 2. Just spotted a crease in that last photosmile oteeth 2.

This lady will be in the background to the Lynxface 4.

Cheers

Ay Sir cat

Not so bad with all the spills and thrills

Can understand why the Hornet has to take a back seat for a while but than so has my Hurri on a temp basis... but not forgotten.

Best of luck Sir!

I very rarely have two builds going at once (might end up with the wrong parts on the wrong buildface 4nerd), but I hope to keep this lady ticking over.

Craig

Yeah, I wouldn't want to be without the masks now. Sadly, since the Lynx is such a new kit, Eduard have yet to get their finger out and produce any masksface 8. But I did get a nice email from them saying 'we'll get hold of the kit, then manufacture some'thumbs up. Hopefully before I need themface 20.

Ross

Cheers mate. Hopefully some more later.

Tim cat!

I'm sure your chief designer will supervise so the Super Hornet does not end up as a hybrid.face 22

Well, the weekend at last so tomorrow, I look forward to some bench time plus, encouragement to do so from female!

She really does want me to enter this local competition. heart

Hope your bash was a great one and wish you many more...

Harvey thumbs up

Bonjorno Senor Blanco. An interesting turn of event I see. From wingything to twirlybitsonthetop in less than a week. Essential viewing of course and I'll be keeping tabs on both builds just in case the Lynx ends up with some abstract additions from this beastface 20.

Have you tried Mr Emmotts method of masking the very edges with thin strips of tape first. It worked bloomin marvellously por moithumbs up. Without the Eduard option you might have to invent a new brew to steady those nerves. Canopy cocktail anyonepartyvampface 15

Yeah, my weekend starts tomorrow toothumbs up. Off until Tuesday nownerd. The standard booze-laden lunch for cat and female is tomorrow. Saturday likely to be a day of mourningface 20.

Peter

Yeah, suddenly modelling got complicatedface 4. I have manually masked in the past, but I do try and avoid it nownerd.

Cheers
