Wouter- Thanks! It was great that the AK crew stepped up to replace your set at no charge. My next build will be another old Dragon Imperial kit Pz III Ausf K and I am planning to use the Panzer Grey modulation set... can't wait to see how it comes out.

Tim- Hope your cat likes my StuG too? LOL Thanks!!! Two hours of Mig's presentation really helped me feel more comfortable using his products. Maybe one of his DVDs will help too.

Chris- I don't think you will be disappointed... I have seen plenty of great results from others using AK products too. Fortunately most of my pants are little too tight so they don't fall off too eaisly... guess its time to loose weight! Thanks for dropping by mate!

Gosh! Where did time go? It has been a month since my last post. Working alot especially on weekends cutting my bench time.

Little update on my StuG... love those AK Interactive products. I used Rust Streaking washes... just little only on the dents/scratches and bolts where rust usually happens first.

Can't wait to bring it cross the finish line... it has been 8 months since I started this build except for break when I build the Huey for 8 weeks.

Wouter- I carve for beer every time you post on my thread. Glad you liked it... I didn't want to go crazy with rust as the StuG was only a year or two at most. Like in reality bolts are usually first to rust before the surface. I know... it would have been done a while ago if it wasn't for that fun Huey build.

Finally attached the Friulmodel tracks and attached aftermarket (cooper) steel cables on both side.

I only need to apply MIG pigments to the tracks, wheels & lower hull. Then do final detail painting especially the steel cables. Then I am going to call it done... hope I am not missing something. Comments are always welcome... thanks for looking.

oooh, very nice mate, I love those Winter and Ostketten! They give a nice heavy feel to the StuG, a bit like phat rims on a car . Looks lovely, towe cable is a neat one as well. And always nice to see a figure in or next to a model
