4 months seems good to me too Chris. I'm not sure what I'm going to do for the last 3 though.

I think 4 months is the sweet spot and for those that will need more time, you could probably start early.

cheers

Wel 4 months seems to be the most popular option, I would really rather that kits were unstarted before the beginning of the GB though

I've got a Dragon Vc firefly and an AFV club M10 Achilles, which I need some motivation to build. I'd like to join in, only I'm not sure what I'm letting myself in for!
I think 4 months is about right.
Graeme.

hi Chris
I've been in two minds as to whether this is something for me. I don't want to be out of my depth and start something which I don't follow through with. But a couple of months to decide what to do and then 4 winter months for the actual build sounds doable and fun. So count me in as a probable if thats OK.

Ian , pop down to your local 'modelzone', they are still floggin the academy 'shermans' for peanuts,

if memory serves, you have the choice of the russian, u.s.marine and possibly the M10 versions.

(the russian one builds up into a fantastic looking kit...i did it a few months back and was very pleased with the results)
