Just in time for the Telford Show, more news from Inside the Armour as Chris has sent us the details of a complete kit in 1/35 for the Covenanter. Have a look at the photos he has sent through of the model he built, and this is now available as a full resin kit from Chris Meddings at Inside the Armour.
Thanks to Chris for the details and best of luck with this good looking new kit.

Have to say it Chris,
That looks like a real beauty! Hopefully I'll be able to end my kit buying moratorium in the new year and that will be very high on the list.
Best of luck with it.

Many thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I've already built 3 of these and have another 2 in the process of being built. It is a lovely little model to build. When the model was first released, it was never given the publicity it richly deserved.
I'll buy one from Chris when I see him in Folkestone in February.
You won't be disappointed.

The Covenanter appears in the film "Went The Day Well?"
This is a wartime propaganda film. It is about a small scale German Invaasion of a British village. It's effectivness is based on the way everything is so underplayed. The Covenanters appear towards the end of the film. They look great vehicles. It's a pity they only mounted 2 pounders.
The model Chris has produced is superb. I'm keen to see what he has done to it, apart from the barrels.

Hi Robin,
British is not my thing, but I have always like the Covenater and I can think of great diorama settings on the British home front
