Evening allsmile

An update, had a go at adding mud splashes along the side, rear and front of the hull with a loaded brush and bursts of air from the air brush, also mudded up the wheels. Practiced on a old hull and paper and used a lot of stuff, using the AK mud set I also added mud onto the tracks

Added smoke pigments onto the ends of the exhausts and fixed with thinners, after the photos I have had a first go at using dust pigments on the upper hull. Will check in the morning to see if its been a disaster, I did not use fixer so I can hopefully alter if it goes pear shapedwink 2

Some of the mud looks out of scale and might need tweeking, otherwise looks not to bad to me anywaysmile might add some more rust pigments onto the spare tracks.

regards Bob

Hi Johan, hope you are well

Many thanks for the kind words, "No more beginners group build for you" but i still have lots and lots of learning to do, still got to get to grips with PE for onesad

To be fair the help on the site has been tremendous and the FAQ book is excellent

Johan,

Have to agree with you, Bob C's work is way out of beginners range. thumbs up

My reading is it was a matter of confidence... the results speak for themselves!

Cheers

Very kind Harvey

You are right, confidence is a big, big part but as i have discovered just practice on paper or scrap hulls. I must have spent 3 hours playing with mud before moving to the Panther

I have been pleased with the results so far but have a long way to gosad

many thanks

bob
