My only problem is that now I've come across another photo Richard. |

I've looked at this a few times now, and wondered what to write. It's a little too sad and lonely for me, I guess that is a compliment in itself. I'll confess: it upset me, I know not why
You've made me feel sad. So I think that means you've done a very, very good job indeed, sir Cheers

Thank you very much for those words sir I know exactly what you're saying as I was having the same thoughts and feelings as I was building it. It matters not a jot his nationality, age or political beliefs and as you rightly say, yes, it's just a plastic figure. I think it's because it represents a real human being in a photograph. I found myself wondering if his family ever knew of his fate. I know the same can be asked about thousands of dead from all sides in all wars but this just seems to sum it all up for me. Thanks again. Richard. |
