It would seem Florida is on the rise this week. I'm in Fort Lauderdale, a long-lapsed Panzerwaffe moggeller who is nearly ready to dive back in. The work seen here is TOPS, the advice just brilliant (wish I'd known some of you gents back in the 80's), all in all a wonderful atmosphere. Prone to getting over my head right off the bat, I'm going to go for a multi-vehicle, multi figure dio. Perhaps buildings, as well. It'll be Aufklarungsabteilung LSSAH, Northern Greece. The situation that led to Kurt Meyer's Ritterkreuz. Can't wait to start the sketches ! Happy to finally have jumped back in, can't think of a better place to start !

Thank you one and all, gentlemen ! I see a number of the "usual suspects" have taken a look.

The return to the hobby will be positively sloth-like ! I'm starting from pure scratch. I've got no no tools, brushes, paints, etc., ad infinitum. Had a "War of the Roses" (film) -like divorce back in the 90's and when my collection was delivered to me my "panzerwaffe" was in post Falaise condition. Your opinions and recommendations will be invaluable as I get back up to speed with all the tools and techniques that have become available in my absence.

The diorama:

Vehicles: Either a 231 8-Rad or a Horch 108 / an early Stug III or a Panzerjaeger I. Plus, a BMW w/sidecar which Meyer was known to use frequently.
