Well, having had to abort the last attempt at this due to a packing error, I can now report that thanks to the good folks at Accurate Armour sending out a corrected Mk2 kit we're now good to go. laugh

So, where were we? Ah yes, first up some pics of the correct top hull fitted.
(Compare this with one driver's sight to my earlier pic.)

Earlier (incorrect) hull:

Nicely fitting rear end:

As you can see, still a little shimming needed in the joins but almost a perfect fit. I suspect the gap this time is due more to me sanding the mating surfaces smooth a little too enthusiastically to be honest. embarrassed

Like before, I had to sand the pour blocks from the suspension mountings but second time round took a lot more off with the razor saw first.

And fitted.

This time round I'm going to fit the wheels to the bogies before gluing them in place so the whole lot sits flat on it's wheels.

Cheers,
Ken - back in business...

I'm following as well, seems like a nice kit (heard good things 'bout AA). Don't know nothing 'bout the tank, but that doesn't matter I guess teeth 2

Love these big old beasts i got to play on the one at Duxford years ago the bloke that looked after it talked me into joining the lancers and the wagon was an old Lancers Tank so he said.
