Hi Guys

I have just about finished this one, what a great little piece this is, so simple but buckets of potential. I have added another head from ModelCellar (sans flight helmet) but added one from another kit that I had. base is from plasticard and and the exhaust is from Wingnuts....

I will add a few little touch ups before I am completely finished

Let me know what you think

Thanks Johnny, much appreciated

Krister - Its 54mm Bomber crew by ModelCellar, painted all in acrylics, flesh in the Andrea flesh set. For the flight suit, Andrea English Khaki and Dark Brown Leather, plus Ivory and matt Black from Vallejo plus a touch of Tamiya flat base.. Reds in the Andrea Red set

started with airbrushing the base colours and lights and darks then worked the rest with a brush

hope that gives you a small guide to the colours

Hi again Dave!

I am an "acrylic man" myself, but i have a bit of a struggle sometimes

to get my paint to go on as smooth as yours seems to have done. Any

thougts about that? Btw, I think you have done a really good job with the

figures face.

Regards,

Krister

Hi Krister, maybe your not thinning the paint enough or you could try adding a little glaze medium, it will slow the drying down a little, plus help the flow of he paint , two thin coats always works better than one heavy coat, you don't loose any detail either that way. I hope this helps, if you have any other problems let me know, I may be able to help

Hi Jimbo, I wish I could take credit for he sculpt, but no, that was done by Mike Good, for Modelcellar, it's future release along with another three, to go with any of the wingnuts kits.

Thanks for the comments

Dave
