I'm currently using Halfords car primer on white metal and resin figures, which has withstood even my clumsiness

Hi Jon. You would need an etching primer to properly get paint to adhere to aluminium. You can buy 'etching primer' in a rattle can from halfords but for modelling uses its a bit over the top.Halfords grey primer is about as good as it gets.HTH Neil. Edited By Neil doman on 02/08/2012 09:56:39 |
