Set 72030
First new set is this one, featuring 8 vehicles for British Army equipment in the inter-war period between WW1 and WW2. With a mix of plastic and resin kits available for the subjects concerned, this is a very useful set indeed. Certainly rather different in terms of period covered by a decal set. With various WW1 tank types featured, this ought to be popular.
Set 72031
The seccond in this set of new releases features another variety of vehicles from between WW1 and WW2. What I like in partiicular is that these include things like a US Army Mk VIII International (there is a resin kit from Cromwell) along with Spanish, Czech, Portuguese and even Brazilian machines! Neatly printed these will find many a modeller I suspect who will welcome a rather different finish ad marking set for things like the FT17 among others.
Set 72029
With enough for 6 models, this one features examples of modern Dutch Army equipment, the YPR-765. On the basis that Black Lion is a Dutch company this is fair enough. Nice to see coverage for equipment used by one of the smaller NATO nations, and different from the normal US, British or German armies. Very neat.
So, three rather more unusual subject areas, and they are well produced too. For me it is the unusual choices that I find attract my attention. Thanks to Black Lion for the news.
