...in 1/35 from Dragon Models
My first observation is to say check out the details in the poster of what you will find in the kit. It looks excellent and one I am certain many Axis armour modellers will go looking for. i know the subject has been done before (by ESCI all those years ago) but this is to the present day moulding standards that Dragon seem to be achieving these days and I am very happy to see them do the softskin Sdkfz 10, and I would fully expect to see other variants follow before too much longer. It features magic tracks, with individual track links and the rubber pad as well for each link. We already know the little 2cm Flak is very nice, now add the Sdkfz 10 and the etch mesh side screens for the gun platform, this is one I will certainly be looking forward to when it goes on sale her in the UK. With the engine detail in the engine copartment, plus the facility to model the engine covers open, it leave lots of diorama possibilities wide opn. I won't be surprised if this turns out to be a popular entrant in competitions over the coming year.
