AK Interactive OIF and OEF Weathering set

Having only recently had the new Bronco Buffalo MRPV arrive, this weathering set is a very well timed release to come from AK Interactive.  Three items included in the pack, as you have the basic sand paint colour for modern US vehicles, and the addition of an appropriate colour 'Wash' and then an equally appropriate colour 'Streaking Effects'.  All you need together in the one pack.

The colours are all suitably keyed together for the sand colour seen on US vehciles during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.  With the number of kits coming on to the market these days for these modern vehicles, besides the widely used Hummer, this will be popular with many modellers I am sure.  If you are new to this range from AK Interactive, as I am, then remember the hints you can find in their current catalogue as well, which we mentioned here just a few days ago, showing how to use the 'washes' and 'streaking' over the base colours.  It is one I am certainly looking forward to trying out.
