Another simply superb figure is number 9 in the series of WW1 period figures from Tommy's War.  In 54mm scale (that is 1/32) a slight change from previous releases as this one feature the Royal Navy, in this case a Petty officer shown in the uniform worn by supporting Naval Personnel as they operated Rolls Royce Armoured Cars in Belgium.  They later formed the Royal Naval Armoured Car Service serving in France, Gallipoli and on into Mesopotamia and Palestine.

Beautifully cast in resin, a simple model to assemble, and with a Navy Blue uniform that much different of course from the Khaki of the earlier models in the range.  The photos below show the kit parts, and thanks to Darren who is behind the Tommy's War range, some additional photos of the beautifully painted figure that we see on the box art.
