Sherman Group Build Collage

During the first quarter of 2012 we ran what turned out to be another very popular Group Build topic, in this case the Sherman tank and the many derivatives on that chassis.  Here I have grouped together a series of photos snet in by many of those who took part in the challenge, to present a large photo feature to show everyone the end results.  Straight kit builds, putting them into dioramas, conversions, extra detailing, scratchbuilding and some marvellous painting and effects, all are here to be seen.

Thanks go to everyone who took part and who sent in these photos, also to Chris Meddings for the original theme idea and especially to Ken Holland who did such a good job in shepherding the group along throughout the allotted time for the Group Build itself, contributing some excellent models himself along the way.
