Why I Joined the National Guard?
For many individuals, the question of why they joined the military or the national guard may seem like an obvious one. Consequences of my Choice
Like many before me, joining the National Guard came with some difficult decisions. Separation from family and loved ones during deployments was heart-wrenching, sacrificing the usual routines and familiarity to dedicate myself to a cause larger than personal ambitions.
