**Who is Eligible to Join Navy Federal?"
To join Navy Federal as a primary member, candidates must belong to one or more of the following groups or affiliated organizations:
• Government Employees
• Department of Defense Employees
• Immediate Family Members: Unmarried dependent children under 18, including step-enrolled dependent children under18.
• Homemakers (married into the household)
• Cadets at the U. S. Naval Academy who are pursuing a Bachelor’ s degree
• Contract employees with the Department of Defense or the National Museum of the Marine Corps for three months on the same contract
