This Item allows you to interact with locked doors, giving you access to areas initially inaccessible. From this point, head toward the Well House located in the north-west portion of the plantation.
In the Well House, you’ll find Multiple Lockboxes with random items and equipment, including Medkit, Gunpowder, Fireworks, and a few Cash. Open the lockbox directly under the broken bridge in the center of the house. Inside, you’ll receive the First Shotgun, which becomes a significant aid in fighting off more resilient enemies.
