Prerequisites for Unlocking First Storm Lieutenants
Before attempting to acquire your first Storm Lieutenant, ensure you’ve fulfilled the following prerequisites:
• Reach Level 72: Your character must reach level 72 or above to participate in the relevant quests and duties required for acquiring the First Storm Lieutenants.
• Complete the Main Scenario Quests: Complete all of the main scenario quests from the Shadowbringers to Endwalker patches, up to and including "Echoes of a Foreign Skies".
