I ran the pistol & rifle range in the U. S. Army. One time, we had a couple dozen different 9mm’s to choose from to try & shoot an expended cartridge off a 4×4 post at 10 meters. The only 9mm that would come close was the Sig P229. All the rest (HK, Glocks, Berettas, CZ’s, Kimber, Ruger, etc) wouldn’t come close. If my life depended on a shot, I’d use an Sig P229 every single time.
